My father is from the north of the island and from a young age I have been visiting Andros. We have a house in a rural village in the quiet north of the island although I live in the UK. I am passionate about Andros and what it has to offer. It is suited to those looking for a traditional Greek experience and those fond of outdoor pursuits such as hiking. Andros has steered clear of the all-inclusive package holiday culture and suits a more discerning tourist looking for an authentic Greek holiday.

In terms of tourist attractions, what it lacks in museums and art galleries, it makes up for with stunning pristine beaches, mountainous scenery and beautiful hiking routes.
